We are looking for an IT Portfolio Manager/Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) to work an initial 6 month contract with our international banking client in Canton Zurich.
Our client is seeking a Senior PMO to work on a Market Risk project to further strengthen the Portfolio Management team on a Global Risk IT project. They require a flexible, capable and experienced PMO who has strong business and technical knowledge and is also has strong client facing and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate should have:
- At least 5 years of Strong PMO or Project Management Skills, with Project Management Certification being a plus,
- Someone who is cool under pressure and good at dealing with stress and multiple dependencies.
- Experience with small to medium projects in Project Management, and real world experience with large and complex Investment Banking projects.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills especially in the area of Excel Pivot Tables.
- Degree in IT and/or Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
- A good understanding of Investment Banking products and processes as well as Financial Market Risk Management concepts as a bonus.
- And finally Business Fluency in English with German as a plus.
