For our client, a globally active Swiss firm headquartered in Zurich, we are looking to staff a Senior Outsourcing Project Manager
Tasks:
• Primary contact for the analysis of all strategic and tactical matters related to near- and offshoring for financial firm
• Evaluation of all near- and offshoring centers
• Determine future strategic position with regards to near- and offshoring
Must Haves:
• Exceptional German language skills written and spoken
• University degree (M.Sc.)
• 6+ years of project management experience within a globally active firm
• 6+ years of pertinent experience in global sourcing
• In-depth knowledge of outsourcing market and industry developments in the global sourcing space
• Understanding of market competitiveness, emerging trends and ability to provide global sourcing intelligence
• Proven track record of managing pilot ramp ups
• High-level communication skills with upper management
