A huge Medical Device company based in the German region of Switzerland require a Service Engineer/Help Desk support to join their IT project on a contract basis.

Responsibilites:

  • To provide service desk/help desk support to the IT service desk at two different locations.

Job requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years Service desk/Help desk experience
  • Strong Customer focus
  • Good Team Player
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Driver's licence B
  • Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred

Preferred:

  • ITIL Certification
  • Experience within ticketing systems

Language Requirements:- English and German
