A huge Medical Device company based in the German region of Switzerland require a Service Engineer/Help Desk support to join their IT project on a contract basis.
Responsibilites:
- To provide service desk/help desk support to the IT service desk at two different locations.
Job requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years Service desk/Help desk experience
- Strong Customer focus
- Good Team Player
- Flexibility in working hours
- Driver's licence B
- Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
Preferred:
- ITIL Certification
- Experience within ticketing systems
Language Requirements:- English and German
