Senior MSI Packaging Consultant
Edelway SA is a Swiss IT Services Consultancy. Our multinational end-client based in the French speaking part of Switzerland (Geneva/Lausanne), is urgently looking for a Senior Packaging Consultant to join at the early stage of a large Desktop (Windows & Office) program.

THE ROLE
You will lead the MSI Packaging technical delivery to SCCM and support the team with your knowledge in Software Packaging.
YOU WILL
*Build and Deploy software packages to workstations
*Provide expertise for numerous core Microsoft systems & enterprise infrastructure technologies
*Advise management on current and emerging industry standard technologies
*Provide mentoring and coaching to internal team members globally
*Responsible for writing and maintaining procedural and design documentation
*Support the end user community and related services (L2/L3 support)
*Define and provide dashboards, metrics and KPI's
*Reduce the cost of operations and increase the reliability of services by automating OS deployments (enabling "Zero-Touch" end user hardware deployment) and enabling self-service application deployments
*Supervise the activities of an offshore team
YOUR PROFILE
* Strong experience with software packaging/MSI packaging
* Strong knowledge in all areas of SCCM 2007, ideally experience with SCCM 2012
* Must have at least 5 years of experience with SCCM/SMS administration/architecture/design, within large clients.
* Design and implementation of Desktop Builds - Windows 7/Windows 8
* Design and implementation of SCCM/App-v/MDT
* SCCM best practices & processes
