SAP SERVICE ENGINEER - FIRST LINE SUPPORT - GERMANY - SWITZERLAND

SAP Service engineer needed for large consumer goods firm.

Support Engineer responsibilities

Manage IT questions and incidents from customers/end users.

Informs and supports the users when the IT environment is not up.

Solve incidents

Provide incidents and operationalmessages to the customers.

Consults, support and instruct the user for problem resolution.

Priortize and solve Incidents and Service Requests

Create incoming phone calls as Incidents, Service Requests and Requests for Change within Ticketing Tool

Deploy incidents and questions to the responsible persons (second level), monitor the incident resolution and update the incidents statisticsand status information

Informs pro-active all users in case of operational problems.

Create and update documentation- observe service times

Observe defined processes- use defined tools- ensure quality of service/check this quality within customer surveys

Organise and execute user training- proactivity in case of customer requirements/customer wishes

Consultants must speak Fluent English and German
