Financial Analyst - Investment Banking - URGENT HIRE
Financial Analyst required to work within a strategic area of a Tier 1 Investment Bank providing financial reporting and analysis to CC senior decision making individuals/bodies and driving strategic planning process for CC`s.
My client is looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual who is good with Excel and crunching data for forecasting and analysis. Working between multiple teams you will need to be diverse, adaptable and confident as you will be interacting with senior management, looking at numbers and explaining them to draw out the key information.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- provide presentations and reports for senior management committees (eg monthly reports)
- ad-hoc analyses for senior management (eg cost and headcount development, fixed vs. variable cost, corporate centre performance analysis and review)
- Contribute to the annual 3 year strategic planning process
- Independently drive P&L analyses with focus on cost management Involvement in the rolling forecast process and challenge business partners on the underlying assumptions and activities
- Work collaboratively with team members on the monthly financial reporting process and other ad hoc tasks
