PMO
Our client, a major player in the banking industry is searching for a PMO, for a long-term role in Zurich.
Tasks:
- Program tracking documentation, review of centrally tracked milestones, costs overview
- Support preparation of Steering Committee and other meeting materials
- Support unit head on multiple topics on request in support of work streams
- Manage the Issues, Actions, Risks logs
- Support monthly cost forecasting and charge back processes in cooperation with Chief of Staff and CFO function
- Support setup and Implementation of internal reporting and underlying processes
- Coordinate provision of local KPI data (RTB, CTB, Demand etc) to central team
- Support provision of divisional data to Business Case/Base Case
- Management responsibility for CRO consultancy business analysis resources, including allocation to tasks, tracking deliverables and managing work activities across streams
- Track individual stream deliverables and ensure they are aligned to overall CRO milestones and operational risk is understood
Essential Skills
- 5+ years experience as a PMO
- Good knowledge of MS Project and Excel
- Excellent project planning and controlling skills
- Able to communicate to Management and Stakeholders
- Fluent in English, German is advantageous
