My client, a large consultancy, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst immediately, for a long term project in Geneva.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT, Good Communication and analytical skills, Experience is customer facing roles, interaction with senior stakeholders, Experience in seamless Liaoning amongst business and IT team from requirements management perspective, Experience in Requirement Gathering and Analysis which including but not limited to the following activities, Interacting with clients and all stakeholders, Participating in periodical business meetings, Consulting with customers to ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction, and making process change recommendations to customer, Preparation of business requirements, functional and software specifications, Guiding design and development team members in system design and testing.
The ideal candidate will have strong NGO Domain experience like Grant management and related processes experience is a plus, listed are few, Initiation of grant proposal, Financial assessments and submitting the same for approval, Final approval workflow, Disbursals management, Track work activities of NGOs by sending automatic reminders, Upload of project related documents submitted by NGOs, Integration of disbursal approval with accounting system to automatically release pay orders for NGOs, Closure of the grant by checking fulfillment of work items.
