I am currently working with a client based in Geneva, Switzerland that is looking to take on a hands on QA Test Manager for a long term freelance/contract position. My client ois looking for a hands on Manager with experience having worked from test analyst upwards.

• 4+ years of experience in IT.
• Experience having worked as a test automation engineer and test lead.
• Extensive experience executing test in Salesforce.com, Informatica (ETL) and PL/SQL.
• Previous experience managing a team of 3-5 people .
• Good experience executing project in SDLC and Agile methodology.
• Experienced in preparing test plan and test strategy documents.
• Hands on experience in creating and reviewing test Scenarios and Test Cases and setting up the Test data.
• Experience in interacting with Client and BA for Requirement Analysis.
• Experience in Defect management and tracking.
• Used Apex Explorer and Data loader for Test Data Setup in Salesforce.
• Experienced in Automation Testing Using Selenium Webdriver and IDE.
