Domain Architect/Systems Engineer - design/modelling, Datamart design, Oracle, Unix, Informatica PowerCenter
Randstad IT Professionals is currently trying to fill a Domain Architect/Systems Engineer role for our client, a renowned bank in Zurich, for their global Treasury Data warehouse applications and projects.
The client offers a challenging role providing architectural guidance and alignment with the overall IT architectural strategy within the Treasury Datawarehouse (TDWH)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with architects and clients from other teams to define the public interfaces and data catalog offered by the TDWH
- Interact with the technical services team to ensure that our infrastructure is up-to-date and aligned with the strategic IT platforms
- Guide high-visibility projects related to regulatory and business requirements in the areas of Asset & Liability Management and Liquidity Management
- The opportunity to contribute to improvements in our software development processes and testing framework

- The opportunity to gain in-depth banking knowledge in the areas of asset management, risk exposures and liquidity modelling
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, equivalent education or qualifying experience
- 10 years of hands-on DWH experience
- Schema design/modelling experience
- Datamart design experience is a big plus
- Good working knowledge of Oracle
- Experience working with Unix is a plus
- Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter (version 8.6 or higher) is a plus
- 3+ years of banking experience
- Proactive and reliable personality suited to working with a team
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- German (spoken/written) as a plus
