For a six month project with continuation option at our client, a worldwide acting bank located in Zurich, we are urgently looking for a
Architect/System Engineer for global Treasury DWH (1953)
In this position you will be responsible of the architecture of the customers' DWH for the Treasury IT area. In general, you make sure that the architecture adopts the defined principles in Treasury IT.

- A challenging role providing architectural guidance and alignment with the overall IT architectural strategy within the Treasury Datawarehouse (TDWH)
- Collaboration with architects and clients from other teams to define the public interfaces and data catalog offered by the TDWH
- Interaction with the technical services team to ensure that our customers' infrastructure is up-to-date and aligned with the strategic IT platforms
- Guidance of high-visibility projects related to regulatory and business requirements in the areas of Asset & Liability Management and Liquidity Management

As the ideal candidate, you meet the following requirements:
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, equivalent education or qualifying experience
- 10 years of hands-on DWH experience
- Schema design/modelling experience
- Datamart design experience is a big plus
- Good working knowledge of Oracle
- Experience working with Unix is a plus
- Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter (version 8.6 or higher) is a plus
- 3+ years of banking experience or similar (Insurance or Pharma if in regulated environments)
- Proactive and reliable personality suited to working with a team
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), German is an advantage
