On behalf of our client, a large international bank, we are currently looking for a Senior SQL Database Developer for a long term contract role in Zurich.

We are looking for candidates who come from a solid financial services background and who have worked in large international, Matrix organisations.
You will be working as part of an international team supporting thousands of databases taking responsibility for technical management and coordination of issues and projects primarily involving installation, configuration and on-going administration tasks of the SQL Server databases
You will take an active participation in the resolution of system and performance issues
Skills Required:
At least 10 years' experience and extensive knowledge with Microsoft SQL Server 2008
Very Good knowledge of Windows & SQL Server Clustering based on Windows Server with of VERITAS clustering and volume manager
SAN/NAS Storage troubleshooting, Performance management on SQL Databases
English speaking
Nice to have:
Knowledge of installing and configuring SQL Server- Reporting Services, Integrations Services, Analysis Services.
German
You will be able to communicate at boardroom level and have strong stakeholder management experience.
