Adecco IT is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of its client, a major global company in the Healthcare sector located in Basel.
Project scope:
The Project Manager will be dealing with many tasks focusing on the implementation of a new System in the Logistics area.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and distill the initial project ideas. Assess project ideas in terms of implementation, ROI, risk and success factors in co-ordination with the Project Business Lead and the portfolio manager.
- Creation of project plans with goals, resources, milestones, costs, spend, approach, project structure, risk management within the project organization.
- Definition of the project marketing strategy and communications plan together with the Project Business Lead.
- Ensuring project information is available and distributed.
- Inclusion of the project sponsor in relevant project activities (managing the relationship). Establishing the project relevant quality management procedures and implementing these.
- Ensuring that the quality of the project output and their acceptance and approval is performed to plan.
- Consolidation of the status reports on the project.
- Monitoring risk and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensuring that corrective actions are effective.
- Checking, accepting and approving project output and integrating these into the overall project.
Requirements/Qualifications (Mandatories):
- Experience in Pharmaceutical and GxP environments.
- Experience with implementation of validated IT solutions - CSV.
- Experience with project management methodologies - eg PMI, PMBOK.
- Ability to establish and manage project requirements, specifications, build- and test activities and deliverables. Ability to establish and manage project scope baseline
- Manage and control scope using a change management process.
- Understanding and application of project planning concepts: WBS, critical dependencies and critical path.
- MS Project (to depict and track a detailed project schedule)
- Ability to plan, engage, motivate, instruct and track internal and external project staff on IT and Business side.
- Ability to establish and track project budget.
- Experience with OCM.
- Ability to perform or coordinate Stakeholder Analysis. Ability to identify, assess, and track risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) throughout the project's life cycle.
Miscellaneous:
- Knowledge of SCM or Logistics (SAP preferred) within the Pharma industry is a net plus
- Fluent English, German is a clear Asset
- START: Mid April
- Long term Assignment. Relocation or 100% commitment in Switzerland until 2016 should be possible
