The BdU Consulting AG provides various services in the IT sector in cooperation with large and established companies. For the ongoing support of our customers, we are looking for a Systems Engineer (m/f) with work location Luzern.
The Systems Engineer is responsible for the infrastructure service and complete handling of incoming tickets that are in his sphere of influence. He carries the responsibility to handle the tickets according to the Service Level Agreements (SLA), to assure customer satisfaction. He is available to the customers and is their contact.
Tasks:
- Handling, check, control and maintain tickets
- Re/installation of hardware, VMs and OS
- Replacement of defect hardware with appropriate disturbance completion
- Coordination of tickets in compliance with SLAs
- Securing the service times
- Monitoring the infrastructure
- Backup/restore
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge in the IT- and service area
- Good hard- and software knowledge:
o Mware from Version 5.0 and higher
o TSM Server Infrastructure from V6.3x and higher
o Storage (XIV)
o Windows Server 2003 to 2012 R2
o IBM x-Series
o Monitoring Tool
o Basics in networking
