My client is based in Geneva, Switzerland. They are looking for an English/French speaking Junior Network Support Engineer, to start ASAP for an initial 6Month contract.You will have Experience that matches the following:
2/3 Years' experience
Remote Support Experience
CCNA
VPN experience
Good CISCO knowledge and experience - Support
Service Management/Incident Management
Assisting the Service desk with Tickets and incidents
Experience with some Face to Face support
Excellent initiative
Excellent communication skills
English & French speaking
