For our client a Medical Device Company based in Switzerland we are currently searching for a PROJECT MANAGER
Start: 31.03.14
End: 31.12.14
Location: Zuchwil, Solothurn, Balsthal, Raron and Oberdorf are all possible working locations (when applying, please specify which location is suitable for you).
Responsibilities of this position include:
Interface between GRQP project and Depuy Synthes IT Infrastructure EMEA
Coordinate local infrastructure activities to meet GRQP project, taking into account the GRQP and SDLC guidelines and procedures
Group, prioritize and optimize those requests
Take responsibility for gathering project requirements, define/document solutions and associated cost pictures
Responsible for assembling project teams, identifying appropriate resources needed, develop and execute project plans, and assign individual responsibilities
Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies for changes
Participate in change "go/no go" decisions
Develop and maintain topology diagrams
Track, schedule and manage issues to ensure IT EMEA Infrastructure commitment dates and project deliverables are met
Deliver projects within requested timeframe and budget
Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
Experience in Computer System Validation and GxP
Additional PMI certification is a plus
Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
Strong leadership skills and able to motivate teams is a must
Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
Quick learner, motivated self-starter
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
