Test Analyst (C# or SQL, C/C++, Java)

Square One are looking for a Test Analyst to join a growing organisation based in Zurich. In the role of Test Analyst - SDET, you will take end-to-end responsibility for a feature/module. You will lead the feature/module from beginning to end, working closely with Development and Program Management on feature design, writing automation codes to more efficiently test your feature, strategizing and executing ad-hoc testing across your feature and related ones, developing new testing strategies as needed to most efficiently execute testing, and ensuring the testability and quality of code. Required:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Hands on coding experience - Need to have 3+ years of software development and/or test experience with proficiency in producing efficient and maintainable code using C# or SQL, C/C++, Java or other MS Technologies.
• Need to have innovative insights into performance testing, using LoadRunner/Performance Center
• Good troubleshooting/debugging skills are must.
• Strong performance testing, test strategy and planning, writing detailed test cases based on user scenarios and deep technical knowledge.
• Ability to understand business and functional requirements and translate them into test scenarios/cases
• At least 1 year of experience in European client engagements with excellent communication skills
• In-depth testing process and STLC life cycle knowledge
• Good to have - Agile/Iterative methodology
• Ability to work under pressure and handle diverse/multiple stakeholders.
• Is proactive, innovative, creative thinker and can work independently
