Junior administrative Team Assistant - Pharma
For our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel we are currently looking for an IT Junior administrative Team Assistant with good experience within the pharmaceutical environment.
It is a nine-month contract with option to extend, starting ASAP till end of December 2014.
In this challenging role, you will be performing both administrative as well as project-based tasks. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the IT Department, including complex calendar management, scheduling meetings, arranging travel and ordering office supplies. Also you will be organizing and coordinating some events for the team.
There is an interesting project waiting for you, you will have the chance to work in a challenging environment and gain very valuable experience within a global pharmaceutical company!
Requirements
- Recently graduated professional in Business Administration
- Broad IT as well as scientific knowledge/background
- Profound interest in IT technologies
- Experience with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as with MS Sharepoint
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry a must
- Event planning skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and in German
