Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen PMO Assistenten wie folgt:

JOB DESCRIPTION
? Responsibilities will include all administrative duties within the project “Autonomy & Speed”.
? You will be responsible for the following:
? - General administrative tasks such as meeting organization, business travel coordination, travel expenses, organization of project support to a number of project members.
? - Preparation of slides for presentations.
? - Maintenance of SharePoint, various lists and systems.
? - Organizational planning and logistical implementation of global meetings and workshops incl. invitations, pre-read materials, logistics, etc.
? - Time management system for the project team.
? - Deputizing for other assistants.

REQUIREMENTS
? - Commercial diploma or equivalent and minimum 3 years’ experience and possibly at least 1 year within Roche.
? - Work proactively, independently and be able to prioritize.
? - You enjoy the challenges of a fast paced, global environment.
? - Strong organizational skills and outstanding team player with dedication and passion.
? - Excellent knowledge in Google as well as MS Office, incl. Power Point.
? - You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable working within virtual structures where communication happens to a large degree by mail and phone and much of it in English.
