A Chinese speaking Project Assistant is needed by one of our client, a prestigious and
Fast growing International Telecommunications Company in Switzerland Zurich.
Location is in Zurich, start time ASAP. Fluent English and Mandarin a must.
The project assistant shall be responsible for:
Collecting and managing the project documentations and inputting them in the related IT system;
Assisting project managers (eg preparing documentation, Organizing the management and team meeting
Preparation of Project Presentations, reports and statistics
Other organizational and administrative tasks
Required Skills:
3 years related working experience; background in finance or accounting is big plus
Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must, fluency in German is an asset
Advanced knowledge on MS Office products
Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
