Role: Our customer needs a Project Planner/Operations Manager with 50% workload, variable.
- Day-to-day project support for SAP Project Manager
- Team meetings preparation and minutes
- Support status and KPI reporting
- Support project communications
- Support key processes: Risk Management, Issue Management, Change Management, Action Tracking
- Maintain SharePoint team site (access management, document filing etc.), develop process
- workflows
- Provide PMO specific SharePoint training as well as support/coaching to team members as required
- Support resource management (on-/off-boarding, training Matrix, etc.)
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in supporting PMO, preferably in a similar role
- Experience with MS Office Tools, MS SharePoint
- Team work in a challenging IT environment
- Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must; German is desirable
