For our major client, a worldwide financial institution, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (1915) in the project Legal Entity Program - Service Co. in the work stream Service Level Agreement (SLA)Framework Development located in Zurich.
As part of a large scale Legal Entity (LE) structure redesign program, there is need to create a work stream focused on the development of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in order to formally document the service/activity provider/receiver relationships between Legal Entities.
This interesting position includes the following deliverables:
- Collecting and evaluating legal, regulatory, tax and other stakeholders' requirements
- Aligning requirements with other past, inflight and known future projects
- Developing design principles and framework
- Defining data collection/documentation/workflow/storage processes
- Developing ongoing business as usual (BAU) setup, governance model, control framework
- (performance management) and escalation processes
- Determining the implementation approach and timeline
You will report into a New York based project manager who will provide the required guidance and establish the interfaces/connections with the relevant subject matter experts within the firm.
To fulfil this important position you meet the following required skills with experience of at least 5 years:
- Experience in business consulting/dedicated project management
- Pronounced analytical skills and strong communication skills (including development of senior
- management presentations)
- Pro-active and independent way of working

- Ability to work effectively with global and remote teams
- Structured and organized work style
- Open minded to research and digest alternative solutions
- Strong spoken and written English and German language skills
