For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a Developer Support Specialist (m/f)

We are looking for a motivated technical supporter to work for 1 year as part of our clients' Telecom Operations team. We're seeking passionate voice operations engineers to actively monitor our client's global SIP-based network.

Tasks:

  • Monitor voice network for availability, performance, quality and security issues
  • Respond to and troubleshoot VoIP-related incidents (tier 2)
  • Analyze failures for patterns and feed voice engineers with design optimization proposals
  • Train and mentor new team members

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Experience with operating complex corporate, call center or telecom service provider VoIP (SIP) based networks
  • Proficiency in English language, spoken and written
