For our major client, a worldwide financial institution, we are looking for a

Senior Project Manager (1915)

in the project Legal Entity Program – Service Co. in the work stream Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Framework Development located in Zurich.
As part of a large scale Legal Entity (LE) structure redesign program, there is need to create a work
stream focused on the development of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in order to formally document the service/activity provider/receiver relationships between Legal Entities.

This interesting position includes the following deliverables:

• Collecting and evaluating legal, regulatory, tax and other stakeholders’ requirements
• Aligning requirements with other past, inflight and known future projects
• Developing design principles and framework
• Defining data collection/documentation/workflow/storage processes
• Developing ongoing business as usual (BAU) setup, governance model, control framework
• (performance management) and escalation processes
• Determining the implementation approach and timeline

You will report into a New York based project manager who will provide the required guidance and establish the interfaces/connections with the relevant subject matter experts within the firm.

• Experience in business consulting/dedicated project management

• management presentations)

• Strong spoken and written English and German language skills

As the ideal candidate you meet the following recommended skills additionally:

• Service Level Agreement knowledge or experience (from any industry)
• Financial Services knowledge and experience
