Client Services Administrator

Our Client is one of the world's largest independent alternative asset managers, with a large array of expertise of investment products. They are looking for an entry level client service administrator, for 6 months to 1 year to join their team in Zurich area.

Ideally the candidate has completed an apprenticeship in finance or banking, and is ready to start immediately.

The role:

• Intermediary commission/fees calculation
• Liaise with relevant parties to prepare and execute payments
• Client services: manage and handle queries efficiently and insure all documents are prepare and sent off in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain archiving system efficiently in an organised manner.

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship in finance or banking
• English fluency both written and oral with knowledge of German.
• Mastery of the Microsoft office tools.
• An interest in developing a strong buy side career
• Ability to work alone and in a team with good communication skills.
