SCRUM Master
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a SCRUM Master. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Acting as Scrum Master and be responsible to lead and manage project teams using the SAFE framework
- Responsibility for the whole life cycle of one or more IT projects from project initiation through to project implementation in using agile (scrum) methodology
- Actively manage project against quality standards, targets and budget
- Providing status updates periodically to stakeholders, clients and management globally.
- Continuously improvement of process efficiency
- On-going focus on development of personal potentials and skills
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- Experience as SCRUM Master
- Multiple years of experience in IT Project Management
- Deep knowledge of project life cycles and methodologies (agile/scrum/SAFE)
- Strong team player and ability to work in international and heterogeneous team
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact on different levels
- Fluency in English, written and spoken, German is an asset
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse is a plus
- Knowledge of Test Automation is a plus
