For major Banking client (acting globally) in the area of Zurich, we are urgently looking for a Project Manager Enabling Technologies (1897)
This is a six month contract with continuation option.
As project manager Enabling Technologies you fulfil an important position to plan, coordinate, execute and monitor the deliverables of our BPM platform engineering projects BRInfra and OneBank BPM Enhancements .
OneBank BPM, based on Oracle BPM is the strategic business process management platform of our customer.
Currently 25 application use the global platform at the Locations in Europe and United States.
BR Infra provides the strategic global solution for business rule management (design, test, simulation and deployment of rules), based on JRules.
These are the project goals:
- OneBank BPM
- Deliver the new OBPM release based in Oracle BPM 11g.
- Life cycle activities: conduct migration to JAP 7
- Implementation of enhancements and bugfixes
- Support onboarding of new applications on the OBPM platform BRInfra
- Migration from JRules 7 to IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager )
- Implementation of enhancements and bugfixes
Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible to develop project guidelines, to obtain business and information technology sponsor approvals and to plan and coordinate the resources necessary to successfully execute your project.
Major deliverables are:
- Project guidelines
- Work breakdown structures and effort estimations
- Project plans and schedules, including resource- and cost plans.
- Project execution aligned to our project standards based PMI methodology.
- All project and process relevant artifacts based on our IT solution delivery policies.
- Coordination of an international teams at different locations.
- Regular risk management, cost management, issues and action items tracking.
- Presentations at project steering committee.
- Regular project status reporting to senior IT management.
- Extensive stakeholder management on senior level.
We expect from you:
- IT Environment Working Experience
- Knowledge of Organization Working Experience
- Decision Making and Critical T Working Experience
The Skills you bring along:
- Certification in Project Management (PMI/PMP or equivalent).
- At least 8 years' experience in Project Management, ideally in a financial institution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German on senior management level.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, highly motivated and performance oriented.
- Product knowledge of Oracle BPM and/or JRules would be an asset.
