For our customer, a global bank in Zurich, we are looking for a Project Manager for Talent, Branding and CoE IT (1879)
As the project manager for Talent, Branding and CoE IT in Switzerland you fulfil an important position to plan, coordinate, execute and monitor the deliverables of one our clients key initiatives.
Description:
You are responsible for all project deliverables for Internet/Intranet and the local CH HR systems eg payroll or time capturing
The key initative is part of our customers plan to evolve the Legal Entity Structure.
The project goals are:
- Align all Talent, Branding and CoE IT to the planned future legal entity structure
- Deliver the required changes for all applications in this domain
You'll be responsible to plan and coordinate the resources necessary to successfully execute your project.
The major deliverables are:
- Work breakdown structures and effort estimations
- Project plans and schedules, including resource- and cost plans.
- Project execution aligned to our project standards based PMI methodology.
- All project and process relevant artifacts based on our IT solution delivery policies.
- Coordination of an international teams at different locations.
- Regular risk management, cost management, issues and action items tracking.
- Presentations at project steering committee and/or program management meetings.
- Regular project status reporting to senior IT management.
- Extensive stakeholder management on senior level
To fulfil these tasks you meet the following requirements:
University degree, ideally a technical IT background with additional business education or equivalent
5 years of extensive experience in IT project management, proven project delivery track record, experience working within a large global enterprise
Strong content leader and problem solver
Excellent people skills (development, coaching, interacting with difficult persons)
Outstanding oral and written communications skills (English & German a must)
PMP certification or similar project management certification
Broad network within Credit Suisse
Banking industry expertise
Nice-to-have skills:
Management consulting background
Understanding of strategies in an financial environment
Language: English fluent, German basics (good command would be nice-to-have)
