Executive Assistant/PMO required for a Tier 1 investment bank office in Zurich.

Start Date: ASAP

Executive Assistant/PMO required by our client who is looking for an outgoing individual with excellent communication skills as they will be required to interact with Senior level people (MD/D) on a daily basis, also comfortable requesting information from them. The ideal candidate would be open minded and flexible, a self starter that can work very well under pressure, on short deadlines and independently. The responsibilities of this role are split between a hybrid Executive Assistant/PMO.

Executive Assistant responsibilities

- Provide support for a Managing Director and a Director

- Set up meetings, contact people

- Handling mail, agenda

- Office utilities

- Make travel arrangements

- Handle day to day requests/troubleshooting

- Preparing presentation material not essential, but will facilitate between Management and the people responsible for creating presentations

PMO responsibilities

- Experience as a PMO highly beneficial

- Coordinate the department (80-100 people)

- Interact with management

- Manage office space for the entire region (400 people), resolve relevant issues between employees in case of a office rearrangement

Previous experience within investment banking not required, but highly beneficial

No work on weekends, working evenings is not required and working from home might be an option some days.

English (essential), German (understanding highly beneficial)
