For a global bank based here in Zurich we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team.

In this position, half of your time will be supporting the Managing Director and the other half will be PMO work.

Tasks you will perform:

  • Administrative support for Managing Director
  • Management of diaries
  • Organization of business trips, meetings and workshops
  • Settlement of accounts (invoices and expenses)
  • Help to prepare and layout presentation material
  • Various ad hoc tasks, such as organisation of building access and new employee set-up, ordering of office supplies, troubleshooting etc.
  • Support timely preparation of Regional Management Meetings
  • Representative for regional working groups
  • Space administrator for the building with 400 staff.
  • Evacuation tasks (assembly point) and managing all evacuation functionaries of the building
  • On-boarding support
  • Ordering of hardware equipment

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Several years experience in either an administration support role or a junior PMO position, or both
  • Fluent German and English. Documentation need to be read and written in both languages.
