SAP Testing And Training Manager (German AND French) 20-40% Travel
SAP Testing And Training Manager (German AND French) is required for my client located near to Zurich in Switzerland. The client operates in the manufacturing industry and is keen on partnering with a SAP Test and Training Lead to help them with their international SAP roll-out.
Key Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills: coordinate external trainers and test teams
- Excellent Change Management skills: being able to guide, support and motivate new Key users of SAP
- Check the readiness of the test reports and the training deliveries
- Experience with the training system Datango
- Relevant experience as test manager within similar projects and industrial environ-ment
- Proven international rollout experience in leading positions (full-life cycle)
- Relevant experience in SAP project management methodologies
- Deep understanding of SAP ERP (data, processes, organization, systems land-scape)
- Industrial business background, preferred in the logistics/manufacturing area
- Strong people management and communication skills (up to C-Level)
- Strong experiences with testing tools (preferred Solution Manager) and procedures
- Fluent in English (oral and written), German and French desirable
Your role:
- Plan and manage all testing activities for parallel country rollout projects
- Ensure consistency of test approach and plan across all streams (SAP streams, migra-tion, data, training change management) and overall project
- Co-ordination, planning and implementation of basic training for project team members in the context of SAP rollouts
- Coordination of end-user training along with local colleagues in terms of scope, timeline and resources
