For our customer in Zurich we are looking for an Administrative Support for Managing Director for a contract

Your responsibilities:

  • Management of diaries
  • Organization of business trips, meetings and workshops
  • Settlement of accounts (invoices and expenses)
  • Help to prepare and layout presentation material
  • Various ad hoc tasks, such as organisation of building access and new employee set-up, ordering of office supplies, troubleshooting etc.
  • Support timely preparation of Regional Management Meetings
  • Onboarding support
  • Ordering of hardware equipment
  • German and English is a MUST
