Sypply Chain Manager (Projekteinkäufer) Try&Hire
Das Unternehmen ist auf die Entwicklung, die Herstellung und den Vertrieb von Automatisierungslösungen für Laboratorien im Life-Science-Bereich spezialisiert. Direkt und über OEM.
Ziel:
- Execute on Company's sourcing strategies, actively realize material cost reductions by product transfer and optimized sourcing.
- Evaluate, plan and execute product transfers to cost optimized suppliers in a team with a dedicated production engineer.
- Develop supply chains according tot he sourcing strategies and supply concepts.
Aufgabe:
- Evaluating feasibility, planning and executing product transfer projects in cooperation with a dedicated manufacturing engineer
- Establishing supply chains with new suppliers, implement and process changes and non-conformities and ensure the desired output quality
- Coordination of internal and external supply
- Standardize the transfer process an MM activities within
- Requist and analyse offers for possible product transfers, evaluate the potential including ris and quality and prepare a decision basis
- Define requirements and timelines with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and supplier, and prepare project plan
- Track and control timeliness of activities both ant supplier and companies site
- Define the general process, material flow, communication and business cooperation (quantity contract, business case pricing) with the supplier in cooperation with the relevant Supply Manager
- Draft and negatiate the necessary conracts in cooperation with the relevant Supply Manager
- Prepare and implement initial batch and purchasing process for series
- Plan and execute the phase out fort he transferred parts/components
- Monitor the risk and ensure delivery ability during cut over
- Develop the toolset for an ongoing minitoring and control of the match between supply chain requirement profile and supplier skills
- Support supplier audits as per company's requirements and audit plans
Anforderungen:
Muss:
- Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial profession
- 3 years + in product transfer function focusing Eastern Europe and/or Asia with strong technical and engineering orientation preferred in medical device envirement
- 3 years+ in project management
- Track record in setting up new suppliers and/or product transfers
- Experienced in module translocation
- Solid background in contract management
- Able to optimize the supplier relationship by combining suppliers's and internal processes, building trust, measuring and developing suppliers
- Has worded in multi-cultural environmemnts
- Good experince in SAP
- MS-Office packages (Word, Power-Point, Excel)
- Experienced in lean manufacturing and logistics concepts
von Vorteil:
- Master degree in supply chain management, industrial management or similar
- Certified lead auditor on ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485
- Education or training in lean manufacturing
- Knowledgeable in supplier networks in Eastern Europe or Asia
- Understanding in the field of quality engineering - having maintained products or subassemblies in series production
- Experience in supplier qualification, auditing and corrective actions processes
