We have an exclusive opportunity for a Clinical Research professional (CPM/Senior CRA), Quality Manager for Clinical (GCP) or Drug Development (R&D) specialist to join a top 20 pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland on a 6 month+ rolling contract basis to help develop their operational efficiencies on a project management basis. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, will be onsite in Basel and English is the only language requirement.
Working within the Operational Excellence (OE) team you will provide operational support to the Global Head of OE, particularly in the preparation and conduct of Operational Excellence meetings.
The role requires a minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical experience within clinical research and/or drug development processes (R&D), this is an exceptional opportunity for someone to expand their project management experience as the role focuses on improving:
- Clinical and Drug Development Processes
- Quality Implementation Programs for Clinical and R&D
- Quality Assurance & Control
- Productivity
For this role you may have a background as a Senior Clinical Research Associate (SCRA), Clinical Project Manager (CPM), Clinical Operations Manager/Specialist, Research & Development for pharmaceutical drugs or in Quality Assurance for Clinical (GCP). You must have some prior experience in project management for this role. The job title for this position is "Operational Excellence Project Manager".
