The Job:
Developer for the "Credit Risk Control Data Warehouse" application in Switzerland.
As a Warehouse Developer you are responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, test and 3rd level support of components for the Credit Risk Control Data Warehouse. The components are based on technologies in the area of DB/2, Job Control and Unix (AIX). Candidates with be considered with any database background and only basic UNIX and Scripting is required.
Requirements:
- University degree or professional experience of at least 5 years
- In-depth experience in high-volume, high-performance, scalable data warehouse design/development is essential
- Experience in process control design, implementation and 3rd level support
- Very good analytical and design skills and the ability to grasp complex business or technical issues in a structured and efficient manner
- Design/Development Experience in ETL, SQL, job control, ksh
- Nice to have:experience and knowledge of Tools such as Toad, Power Center and Power Designer
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Experience with RUP iterative development
- Experience in the area of credit risk management is an advantage
- Good English both written and spoken
