As project manager for Talent, Branding and CoE IT in CH you fulfil an important position to plan, coordinate, execute and monitor the deliverables of one our key initiatives.
Description:
Talent, Branding and CoE IT in CH is responsible for all project deliverables for Internet/Intranet and the local CH HR systems (eg payroll or time capturing)
The key initiate is part of Credit Suisse's plan to evolve the Legal Entity Structure.
Project goals are:
- Align all Talent, Branding and CoE IT to the planned future legal entity structure
- Deliver the required changes for all applications in this domain
Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible to plan and coordinate the resources necessary to successfully execute your project.

Major deliverables are:
- Work breakdown structures and effort estimations
- Project plans and schedules, including resource- and cost plans.
- Project execution aligned to our project standards based PMI methodology.
- All project and process relevant artifacts based on our IT solution delivery policies.
- Coordination of international teams at different locations.
- Regular risk management, cost management, issues and action items tracking.
- Presentations at project steering committee and/or program management meetings.
- Regular project status reporting to senior IT management.
- Extensive stakeholder management on senior level

Must:
* University degree, ideally a technical IT background with additional business education or equivalent
* 5 years of extensive experience in IT project management, proven project delivery track record, experience working within a large global enterprise
* Strong content leader and problem solver
* Excellent people skills (development, coaching, interacting with difficult persons)
* Outstanding oral and written communications skills (English & German a must)
* PMP certification or similar project management certification
* Broad network within Credit Suisse
* Banking industry expertise
Nice to have:
* Management consulting background
* Understanding of strategies of key Credit Suisse units
