Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for an Senior HR Business Partner/Professional with experience in transformation of an IS organization for their client in Zurich.
Responsibilities:
Successfully lead a large scale people transformation program of a global IS organisation from regional to centralized structure.
Experience in coordinating across countries and regions working and leading change teams
Design, lead, implement and manage the entire program
Must have:
Created an IS organisation structure with HR processes on a global scale
Managed movement of people that populate the IS environment
Involved in large projects minimum 500 mn per annum budgets
Experience in managing very large, complex and global environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
