For our client, an international bank with a global reach, Swisslinx are looking for a highly motivated Project Portfolio Management Officer/PMO with strong banking experience for a new 10 month contract in Zurich with a strong potential for extension.
Project Portfolio Management Officer/PMO, Banking, English and German (Contract, Zurich)
- Partner with all involved parties (business, IT and change teams)
- Migration roadmap - develop and maintain program plans
- Project reporting - collating packs for project status and Steering Committee meetings
- Risk and Issue management - work with project team to ensure project risks and issues are being managed and maintained
- Deliverable management - Formally track delivery of the project's objectives
- Project communications - schedule project communications meetings
- Project administration - Run project's on and off-boarding process, maintain project office environment, etc.
- Provide support for Planning, Change Control and Financial Management processes
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Financial Services experience (focus on Finance function)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint)
- Good understanding of project delivery methodology
- Solid stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to operate at senior levels
- Open minded and delivery focused
- Ability to work very structured
- Experience with PM tools
- Fluent in English and German is mandatory
- Strong communication skills
