PMO Support - Our client, a major bank, is currently looking for a PMO Support to assist the project and programme managers in the following:
Support the Head of Projects and the Programme Manager in the monthly reporting cycle, which includes a number of reports for different audiences including senior executives.
Coordinate the production of monthly portfolio reports, ensuring they meet quality standards. This includes reviewing the content of the reports, and providing feedback and suggestions to programme and project managers. Gathering project data and producing information for management review and support invoicing process.
Work directly with the Programme Manager and the programme & project teams in developing, integrating and analysing plans and schedules to support requirements and provide optimum execution/corrective action of major programmes. Updating and monitoring budgets (forecast and actual) for time and materials spend to ensure cost and schedule targets are achieved.
Perform trend analysis and assist with variance analysis reports. Includes performing predictive schedule analysis such as critical path and float analysis
Identify and implement measures to improve the functioning of the team, including the management of core team information
Work independently while contributing to the team through statistical reporting and analysis.
Provide governance of the EPM System to maintain the efficiency of the system; acting as change control; addressing current issues and future requirements.
Identify areas for improvement within Programme and Project Management templates and processes
