Adecco IT is currently looking for an experienced SAP Application Support Analyst on behalf of its client, a major global company in the region of Solothurn
Description
Responsible for the support of SAP users and GRC key users in the field of the SAP Authorization requests and missing authorizations in the ERP systems. Performs related reporting according to the requirements from IT and business in this function. Mostly on phone and online support.
- Provides technical support (telephone and email) for ERP end users and GRC Key users in the area of SAP security and GRC system support
- Provides a positive support experience; identifies, prioritizes and communicates issue resolution over the phone
- Performs follow-up assessment of previously resolved issues
- Provides reports and statistics about the technical support provided
- Completion of basic user requests- Investigation, completion and solution to user ERP issues
- Creation and maintenance of user profiles in SAP
- Contribute to Help Desk improvements
- SAP User Administration - individual and mass creation and change of users profiles
- Contribute to process improvement
- Report the status of projects support as specified to SAC Manager
Skills
- Education in IT or experience with ERP Authorization concept
- Experience with the GRC 10.0 Access Control product ARM and EAM welcome
- Experience in the setup and maintenance of user profiles and for refining and maintaining user profiles and authorizations advantage
- 2 years of work experience as technical support on a similar position
- Knowledge in SAP GRC Access Control, SAP ERP, SAP BI and SAP Solution Manager welcome
