For our customer, a leading global acting financial institution, we are looking for aProject Stream Lead with consulting background (1815)
As requested by the main regulators, our customer maintains a Global Recovery and Resolution Plan (RRP).
This document is designed to provide a comprehensive overview on our customers preparation to cope with severe crisis situations and to provide the regulators / resolution authorities with the necessary information to coordinate and execute resolution strategies if ever required.
The feasibility of key concepts and strategies of the plan is being proven by a dedicated project.
The target of the current project phase is to develop and reconcile the review approach for 2014 and to prepare and coordinate the resulting activities.
We are searching for a full-time resource who will be responsible for main deliverables of this project, including:
• The deliverables include the analysis of the RRP strategies
• Development of approaches to review these strategies
• Preparation of senior management briefings
• Execution of the review
• Evaluation of results
The resource will be reporting into a project manager providing the required guidance and establishing the interfaces within our customer (e.g., to subject matter experts).
Resources with a pure PMO background won’t suit.
It is important for this role to have expert consulting knowledge with regard to the subject of the project resp. role.
Skills
• Experience in Management Consulting
• Pronounced analytical skills and strong communication skills (including development of senior management presentations)
• Pro-active and independent way of working
• Very pronounced quality mind-set
• Banking know-how
• Open minded to research and digest alternative solutions
• Very good English, German nice to have
