PMO - Project Management Office - 12 MonthsClient - Global FTSE 500 Consultancy
PMO Consultant required for 12 month contract in Basel.
Must be fluent in German & English - Spoken and written word
Task
Operational production of documents and communication materials
Obtaining the contents of the master presentation and their unification in the layout
Distributing global information
Preparation of materials in design, planning and creation of target group-oriented communication content
Selection of appropriate communication channels
Development of communication strategies
Definition of appropriate key messages for communication materials (including newsletters)
Advice and support of project management in all communication issues
Interface and contact person for project and sub-project manager and stakeholders
Writing of target group-oriented texts on topics as diverse
Experience in the field of communications
Experience with operational communication processes or internal corporate communications
Excellent drafting skills
Ability to describe complex relationships to target groups
Experience in project work and teamwork
Independent, proactive, structured and detailed way of working
Strong organizational skills and creativity
Willingness to support the project team even with smaller communication activities
Mastery of MS Office ( PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
