Adecco IT is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of its client, a major global company in the Healthcare sector located in Basel.
Project scope:
Our client is opening a new research building in March 2015. They therefore need to evaluate and test a range of new IT technologies to support scientists in this new facility. They require a full time project manager for 5 months to conduct the initial phase of pilot projects. The goal is to identify through end user testing technologies that are most beneficial to the scientists and plan for their productive implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Management of all stakeholders especially end user community.
- Identifying resource needs
- Defining and agreeing communications plan
- Defining milestones and reporting metrics and report against these
- Defining and agreeing training program
- Define, plan, agree and execute local technology evaluations, local pilot projects and final solution delivery.
- Communicating project status updates to stakeholders
Requirements/Qualifications:
- +7 years experience of project management
- Recognised Project Management qualifications such as Prince2 or PMP
- Experience of large scale rollouts,preferably infrastructure rollouts such as HW or OS
- Acting as Project Manager or in Project Office support function.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a great asset
- Experience of managing innovation projects.
- Experience of GxP practices.
- Experience of ITIL 2 or 3
- Fluent English is mandatory
