Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for an Senior IS Transformation specialist with an HR background who has people transformation experience in IT environment for their client in Zurich.
Responsibilities:
Successfully lead a large scale people transformation program of a global IS organisation from regional to centralized structure.
Experience in coordinating across countries and regions working with change teams
Design, lead, implement and manage the entire program
Must have:
People transformation experience
Should be a IS Transformation specialist not a generalist
Involved in large projects minimum 500 mn per annum budgets
Experience in managing very large, complex and global environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
