Training Coordinator/Administrator
For our client, a global pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for an English speaking Training Coordinator. It is a three month contract starting ASAP with option to extend.
In this project you will be in charge of all training coordination for a group of about 10 people (senior members), follow up, chase and update of training related documents on a regular basis. You will be for instance sending emails to training participants, assessing performance on trainings, correcting certification post-training and doing some general updates.
For this position the client is looking for someone:
- dynamic and very easygoing
- very open and resilient character
- great flexibility
- very good English communication skills
- rubber mindset (is not afraid to call and chase people while staying positive)
- attention to details
- able to pick up things quickly
- able to work between 20-50% per week
Background:
- solid education background, not necessarily master's degree
- sales/marketing background
- PR experience
