Requirement Engineer
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Requirement Engineer. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead of Business and RE Workshops and Meetings
- Recording of essential information and conclusions
- Strong engagement in finding appropriate detail solution together with business based on their requirements and with focus on feasibility and overall project plan
- Work together with Business and IT specialists and combine such skills
- Systematically discuss all relevant Business and IT aspects
- Derive the essential information and document it
- Focus on defining and agreeing a clear scope together with business
- Develop and compile large "requirement engineering document" out of the business requests
- Being able and used to work and deliver autonomous
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- Strong Business and Requirement Engineering Skills
- Work together with Business and IT specialists
- Leading younger colleagues
- Systematically discuss all relevant Business and IT aspects
- Develop and compile large "requirement engineering document" out of the business requests
- Project Management skills
- Banking knowhow
- Good IT foundation
- Business Engineering and Requirement Engineering Documents with a specification level detailed enough for developers
- Req. engineering methods as
- UML
- Datamodelling
- Decision table
- Languages: fluent English; German would be a plus
