Responsibilities:
In the context of the deployment of DLP solutions:
Assess and prioritize projects based on capacity, feasibility, risk, planning and the requirements given by the DLP stream leader and Data project management team
Write business and technical requirements
Definition of the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for projects, and manage implementation and delivery
Costs and efforts estimation
Respect the architecture and infrastructure standards (I&O standards)
Act as an interface and ensure adequate communication between the project stakeholders, support activities and security Department
Coordination and ongoing communication with the third party solution editor/consultants
Project management (Plan- Execute- Prioritize- Risk management - Communication - Coordination - Budget Management - Reporting)
Training
University Degree or 3 years experience as Security Project Manager
Experience
infrastructure and system software implementation Project Management
Project portfolio management/coordination experience (Multi-Project )
Experience and expertise in the set up & deployment of Security solutions
Strong understanding of systems infrastructure (Security)
Banking industry background
Technical Skills
Strong skills regarding the technical infrastructures systems (Network, Operating Systems, Monitoring Software, Database Systems)
Project Management
Can efficiently manage multi-projects in parallel
Able to manage and coordinate actions, risks and dependencies within a multicultural environment.
Capable of dealing with very tight schedules
Can be onboard rapidly and quickly
Pragmatic, results-oriented rigorous, structured, organized and resistant to stress
Strong communication & listening skills (very good communicator with technical teams and management)
