A Test Lead is required to work on a major project in Switzerland with a leading organisation.

An individual responsible for verifying the configuration item, IT services, process etc. Meets its specifications and agreed requirements/standards and defect discovery. An individual responsible for evaluating a change in the test environment to determine how it will perform in production. Apart from this test engineer has to do writing the test cases, modifying the test cases if required, test execution and defect tracking. Involve in defect triage meeting and prepare defect report to the pulse of checking and be on top of all open major defects. Tester will also need to interact with dev team to simulate the defect in development environment. He/she also needs to interact with offshore team to update the overall testing status.
