For our client, a world leader in the financial sector, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent

Unified Communications Service Manager (Contract, Zurich)

In this position you will be responsible for the implementation of services for Unified Communications in a mixed Cisco and Microsoft environment. Additionally, you will be in charge of reviewing service performance, daily incidents, problems, changes and request fulfilment. Moreover, you will in charge of preparing Service Now reports and for chasing service providers.

This is a contract in Zurich.

Fluency in both English and German is requested for this position.

For this challenging contract we are searching for a Service Manager with experience in outsourced environments on either provider or customer side. Network experience with Cisco (comparable to CCNA) and Lync is necessary for this position. An ITIL certification is mandatory for this role, while knowledge of Service Now is an advantage. The ideal candidate is familiar with Excel and PowerPoint.
