Adecco IT is currently looking for a senior System Architect bwith focus on Migration and Consolidation on behalf of its client, a major global company in the Healthcare sector located in Basel.
Project description:
Drive definition, optimization and standardization of the IT architecture for global services within the Program.
Manage a group of System Architects and System Engineers as a team lead.
Analyze technical architecture to ensure the proposed architecture is fully compliant with client's architectural policies and roadmap as well as with Data center Governance.
Analyze and assess technical feasibility for proposed architecture. Provide consulting for the implementation of new systems architectures.
Identify risks (operational and compliance) around the proposed architecture and ensure identified risks are logged, followed up, and closed in a timely manner.
Focus on implementing new systems architectures according to agreed schedules.
Stay in touch with the restrictions for changes set by the business-related conditions and the technical framework.
Qualifications/Expected skills:
Leadership: ability to think strategically, enable co-team members, and engage with business/service owners.
5 years of proven architectural experience in a data center domain role in a global company.
GxP/SOX: sound knowledge of validation practice.
Pharma experience and a good understanding of processes/organization etc. is a true asset.
Ability to cope with project and operations complexities, ambiguities and Matrix organizations.
Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks.
8 years experience dealing with IT frameworks
Experiences with project management, MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint.
Miscellaneous:
